It would be great to be able to change the default meeting reminder email or meeting booked email when creating a scheduling page. The minor customization allowed in the form of additional unformtted text is not enough. It would also be great to be able to make changes to the confirmation email that is sent when a meeting is scheduled.

Currently, the ability to customize the meeting reminder emails is available (noted here), but the ability to customize the meeting booked emails is not yet available. Since these are technically two different pieces of the meetings tool, we are breaking this into two requests, and marking this one as 'Delivered' for the 'customize reminder email' feature.
The second part of this feature request for customizing the meeting booked email will be tracked on this feature request moving forward: Customize Meeting Booked Emails. Thank you for all of your thorough ideas. I wanted to let this thread know that we are actively planning some improvements that we can make here based on your feedback. There are a lot of specific requests inside of the broad topic of customization. We won't be solving all of these requests at once, but we are excited to start! This is TWO long-standing requests I've been following that the Product Team has put into BETA this week. Great job HubSpot team. Happy Holidays everyone.
The default notification emails are automatically translated by Hubspot. Unfortunately, the beta version does not allow custom e-reminder emails to be written in different languages.
I use the meeting links in dozens of workflows and sequences. Therefore, it is currently a worthless feature and I will continue to use the standard emails from Hubspot.
I am also interested in customizing both the text and the date and time when the reminder should be sent. Let me explain further: if I schedule an appointment for next week, it would be useful to send a reminder on Friday of this week at 8 AM, another one 24 hours before the appointment, and yet another one 1 hour before the appointment. The ideal situation would be to modify both the date and time of the reminder, in addition to the text. Thank you.
We have clients that work across multiple languages, the personalization "meeting date" and "meeting time" are defaulting to the HubSpot user's language and not the language of the contact's browser. How do we fix this so it's dynamic?
This feature really needs to be fixed! It's super unprofessional for such a sophisticated CRM to show a grade school confirmation page to prospects. The fact that it cannot be stopped from flashing even when a custom page has been designed is a flaw in the software and unacceptable.
I agree ! It would be really nice to personalise these meeting reminder emails, some meetings are calls, others are in-store appointments, but it's impossible to specify this, which puts the customer off.
Dear product team, do we have an update or ETA on this since it has been in planning for nearly a year? My CMO messaged me to ask if we could brand the conformation page and email with just a logo. That seems simple enough to roll-out. Maybe by Inbound 2024!?!
