It would be great to be able to change the default meeting reminder email or meeting booked email when creating a scheduling page. The minor customization allowed in the form of additional unformtted text is not enough. It would also be great to be able to make changes to the confirmation email that is sent when a meeting is scheduled.

Currently, the ability to customize the meeting reminder emails is available (noted here), but the ability to customize the meeting booked emails is not yet available. Since these are technically two different pieces of the meetings tool, we are breaking this into two requests, and marking this one as 'Delivered' for the 'customize reminder email' feature.
The second part of this feature request for customizing the meeting booked email will be tracked on this feature request moving forward: Customize Meeting Booked Emails. Thank you for all of your thorough ideas. I wanted to let this thread know that we are actively planning some improvements that we can make here based on your feedback. There are a lot of specific requests inside of the broad topic of customization. We won't be solving all of these requests at once, but we are excited to start! I'll keep this group updated with any beta plans.
I'm also noticing that the meeting confirmation/reminder emails do not get sent if the client books the meeting through proposed times in the gmail integration. Has anyone else been able to get them to send when a meeting is booked that way? Even if it's these terrible default emails, it should still be able to send a confirmation and reminder!!
I'm trying to set up a link for prospects to schedule in person appoinments at a conference with my team. Everything worked great BUT then tested the notification and it said the meeting was booked with me. I don't want to schedule with a specific person but it would be one of my sales guys. We want to gather the appointments and then divy up the appointments between my sales team. I just want the message to say you've booked a meeting with "MY COMPANY NAME" but it defaults to MY first and last name. I won't even be at the event...I'm the support for my sales team. Please consider implementing something like this or at least give the option to use either the contact name OR company name in the notification: "you've booked a meeting with...... "
Hubspot Calendar syncs with Google Calendar syncs with GReminders. In addition we send out SMS reminders 30 min prior to the meeting to our prospects and clients, GReminders looks up the mobile number from our Hubspot contacts and sends out Text Reminders. Has reduced No Shows by 20%+ which is a BIG deal given how hard we work to get demos.
I can't believe its 2022 and this is still not solved. Even when you try to make your own, time is not available in tokens in emails - so, totally useless. Also, add SMS!

Something that would be incredibly useful is a direct link to either the Google Meet or Zoom in the pre-meeting reminder email. At the moment reps often spend time re-sending the calendar link via a manual reminder email in order for the prospect to join the call.
I agree this is a vital feature that needs to come to life! Meeting no-shows will continue to be high unless sales teams can customize the notifcation automation. We know this is possible as well via other pieces of software that already have this feature (Calendly, SFDC, etc.)
Seems like this has been going on for years and Hubspot still has not made any progress in getting the pre-meeting reminders customizable. Doesnt seem like a tough ask if i want to edit the email that gets sent out 3 days, 1 day, 45 mins before a scheduled meeting on a hubspot calendar link
- automatically add a meeting link to the email reminder
- send a custom meeting confirmation email (with other tool, we've added soem qualification questions to the meeting confirmation email and the sales reps had more info even before the call - worked just perfectly fine for us, want to have this opportunity again 🙂 ).
