It would be great to be able to change the default meeting reminder email or meeting booked email when creating a scheduling page. The minor customization allowed in the form of additional unformtted text is not enough. It would also be great to be able to make changes to the confirmation email that is sent when a meeting is scheduled.
The current text of the meeting reminder email is:
Hello,
This is a friendly reminder that we have a meeting booked on: 11 Jun 2018 17:20 EST
I'd like to add the Zoom link Zoom creates for the meeting inside the email. I have so many people show up late because they need help finding link for Zoom.
@AEscobar30 you can do this already. If you enable the Zoom integration everyone on your zoom account will be able to add their unique Zoom meeting link to the calendar invite that goes out to those who book a meeting with you. You can even configure it to allow them to add others to the meeting. Hope that helps. DM me if you need more help.

This is still an issue and would love to be added back to a roadmap. A generic email is so unprofessional to receive and I'm not sure how BRANDING wasn't considered an important design element in the development of this tool.
I confirm that it is truly a serious shortcoming and greatly limits communication. Moreover, in many cases, given the incorrect translation into Italian, it has created numerous misunderstandings about whether the meeting was online or in person.
You guys need to look at GReminders - Its got a good Hubspot integration and does ALL this stuff you are commenting about here. Email/SMS/Voice Reminders, Custom Templates, set the schedules (24 hours, 1 weekday, 1 hour, prior, etc...), include zoom/webex/google meet/ms teams links, any language, etc..... https://www.greminders.com/hubspot
What is the status of this idea @MParham ? Would like to have an update since it looks like there is a lot of interest and the idea went into planning and out of planning and back to planning? Can we expect to have customizing ability for these meeting confirmation and other transactional emails related to sales scheduling experiences?
