Customize Manage Preferences/ Unsubscribe Page

We need a VISUAL unsubscribe page!

1. Who is this idea for - Email Marketing teams & marketing specialists

2. Goal is to retain subscribers & remind them of the variety of their subscription options, including those that are more or less frequent.

3. This will add incredible value by preventing unnecessary unsubscribes!

You should be able to create a customized drag-and-drop template for the 'manage email preferences' and 'unsubscribe' pages. As this is the last-ditch effort to retain subscribers on at least one subscription type, it should be visually captivating to get their attentionbefore deciding if they really want to leave or not. As it stands, we are unable to edit the code of the subscription types because they are grouped all together as a single, uneditable module.

I definately support this request!  We have customers that click the "Unsubcribe" button but don't really realize what they are unsubcribing to.  Many of them don't want a specific type of email rather than to be unsubscribed from everything.  Choices like the above, especially visually compelling choices would support the customer by allowing them to make a clear and appropriate choice.

I support this! We should be able to add a customized subscription page where we can add text + links to try to retain our subscribers.
