This is a massive oversight and the current build is made with a ton of assumptions. Ourorganization has multiple entities under it, but we utilize a single CRM. Due to this, we have multiple reps that may be talking with the same contact, but are in different stages of initial conversation and outreach. Due to this, it would be massively impactful and more efficient for our team to be able to see who the lead owner is on the lead object card housed on the contact. You should be able to adjust visible fields just like you can on every other object.
Much needed feature. Also the ability to edit the expanded layout from the prospecting view. We have the ability to add custom fields, but then we can't quickly allow our users to edit them.
I need a rep to be able to see HOW this person became a lead: filled out a form, which form, and what answers they gave. Now they have to click through to the Contact record which is dumb. Love the lead workspace but this feels like a big miss.
With the new functionality of being able to change the Lead Object name to something that makes more sense to the sales team i.e. prospects or sales qualifying lead it would be great if that name change flowed through into the header of the lead stage tracker - at the moment if you change the name of the lead object that right hand sidebar still says lead and you are unable to change it. See below - my lead object is called prospect but the lead tracker still says lead
