We use conversation forms that go into the Conversations Inbox. The forms include a lot of information. If you click on a message all the submitted properties are displayed like this:
This can be hard to read the more information is submitted. It would be great to have the possibility to style the layout or if the different properties names would be bold, so it is easier to recognize where a new property starts.
