Customize Help center in other languages

Currently when creating a knowledge base/help center in multiple languages, content can only exist if it's the same across the board (everything visible for example in German has to be identical to the English version). As translation projects take a long time or the product changes in different markets, it would be useful to have the ability to personalize the help center in different languages. This means being able to create content that won't be visible in other languages on the Help center directly, as well as including links to other language versions (example: including a link to help.com/it from an article on help.com/de will redirect the customer from the German website to the Italian website).
