In the Form Options, there is a section where we can add email addresses who get "Notified when submitted". There is an automated email that gets sent that currently cannot be customized. Can we get access to customize this email?
Currently, notification email titles are simply "New Submission on Hubspot Form "form name", and the preview does not include any information about the new contact.
It would be great to customize these so that the contact email address/ company name appears in the email title, so we can quickly scan through and see what type of enquiry it may be.
I have had to implement a workflow workaround but would be much easier moving forward to edit the notification forms easily depending on where they are going and what information is required.
I want to customize this to add Original Source. When receiving form submissions, I, as a marketer, not only want to see the submission info but also where it came from. I can do this while going to the actual form submissions or clicking on the contact record but it would be helpful to have it in the submission notification email itself.
This is exactly what I need. I want to choose what appears in the notification, add things like source, and edit the subject line so I don't waste the first half telling me it's a notification from HubSpot but what it actual is. A workflow is a work around for this and just adds complexity, when we should be able to edit in the system. Pretty Please!
