1. This feature could be great for honestly any role.
2. The goal would be for the email notifications to be more customizable and offer a little more information than just "this contact" viewed your website. Or for the call logged notification, if it we were able to add who, from our staff, logged a call. Because currently it doesn't offer much helpful information.
3. The value it would add is being able to see that information from the email without having to click into HubSpot.
4. Yes, I have attached a logged call notification that it would be nice to see who logged the call without having to go into HubSpot for it.
