We should be able to customize our Navigation Bar items to get to what you want easier. Personally, for example, I often need Lists, Marketing Emails, Contact View, etc. It's annoying to pick from the dropdown all the time for the items that I use daily. Other softwates have - I think shoud be standard.
Would also love this. There's so many links in the navigation now but I only use a certain few links on a daily basis, some in the third-level of the menu, so it'd be great to at least have a favorites list.
It's simple and easy, but not everyone uses Chrome.
At the moment, not being able to customize the sidebar is a big limiting factor to onboarding for new users. We'd like to see more of our staff using HubSpot. But all these items in the navigation bar lead to visual overload and confusion for users.
Especially with the addition of the Object Library and being able to add/remove objects from your instance, being able to customize the navigation would be incredibly helpful.
I would also welcome it if the navigation could be customized. It would be invaluable now when managing a customer account as a partner. The many functions are an unnecessary burden for users. The option to hide them increases productivity.
yes or atleast the option to remove all the unnecessary upselling links (features that we are not even subscribed to). getting tired of hubspot day by day.
Would love to see the Nav bar being customised as per the business use case of the client. Hide/Unhide would be the basics to start with.
We focus mainly on Sales. We do not need features like Service, Content, Marketing etc etc which act as a 'redundant' features when it comes to us. This will allow our reps to do what they do the best - SALES.
A clutter free CRM UI will act in our favour. Thoughts?
Needed! We are most likely going to be moving away from Hubspot, and this along with the constant logging out of outlook are the two key reasons. We use hubspot in an engineering company, where people use a range of software, and it needs to be seamless - menu items that have no relevance is a massive hinderance for the team.
The addition of the bookmarks in the navigation helps, but there are still too many main menu items for most users. For example, our front-line sales reps don't need (and frankly shouldn't be able) to access our workflow editor. It would be ideal if we could at least create a role-based or team-based main navigation to be able to remove irrelevant sections and reorder the main navigation to suit the various needs of different users.
