Customise "Log Meeting" in HubSpot with new field called Campaign name

Hi there, 

 

I'm part of the sales team. We run outbound campaigns in/out of HubSpot. All outbound and inbound sales calls are logged in on HubSpot, so we can identify the number of meetings booked by SDR, and have all data in our dashboards. We have meetings that come from a diverse range of campaigns, we miss in our report a field that allows us to identify the number of meetings per campaign, so we can analyze best-performance campaigns based on the number of meetings booked, by region, and seniority. The initial idea would be to have a Campaign Name field in the Log Meeting option just like the Meeting type and Outcome fields are. 

 

The only downside is regarding the data entry, new campaigns are often generated so the field type would have to be plain text (which could not be ideal when creating reports) or a selected dropdown and often have the new campaigns added as an option in there.

I would like the ability to add ANY custom fields to the meeting object.

Being able to add a meeting name when logging a meeting would definitely help too!!

We need all of the above, we need in general to be able to add new fields in the calls logging options, specifically the "campaign name" is really needed, as well as the "commercial outcome" of the call, beyond the connection, what was the result (not interested / engaged / meeting won / send quote / etc...). Also "lead status" and "lifecycle stage" should be quickly available for modification upon call logging, even on the mobile app.

We also need to be able to add more fields/columns to the call views for the purpose of exporting, such as "lead status", "lifecycle stage" and be able to track the change (if there was a positive or negative outcome, the "status change up/down" would simplify the identification of them.
