Customise Surveys

Hi developers,

We would like to replicate the Google Forms function in Hubspot Servie Hub.

Basically it should have the following options:

Custom Categories (Service, Staff, Location etc.)

   ----- Rating Option (either 1 to 3 or 1 to 5)

         ----- This should then be tracked and measured the same way as all surveys

These options should be able to duplicate (to create a list) a few times in order to then essentially create a customer feedback questionnaire, which we use as our performance metric.

In general, we need HS to blend the flexibility they make available in forms into surveys and add the ability to create a few different question types!

Agree - a scale with 10 options is helpful in some scenarios, but not in others. The ability to modify the scale system, and even edit the meaning of it, i.e. change "Strongly agree / Strongly disagree" with something else would be amazing.
