Customers/users are able to submit tickets with detailed descriptions, but they are unable to view those description details when drilling into the ticket itself from the CSP.
When you have multiple users handling tickets, it is important to be able to provide them with the entire view so everyone can be aware of what each ticket is about with more context than just the subject line.
