This feature would be very beneficial to us as well. Exposing a customer facing ticket portal would be a great add. We would love to be a part of this beta!
Tilly, can we be added to the Beta as well? I was considering custom building something with the API but would much rather see the tool just integrated as part of Hubspot.
Would definitely want to be involved in the beta for this as well. We have many clients absolutely desperate for this sort of visibility and it would save us a huge amount of administrative effort as well e.g. minimising backwards and forwards correspondence between technical teams and clients.
