Has anyone else had bad response times and customer service issues with their account? We have some pricing issues we have been trying to rectify for months and we get little to no response. We have had meetings saying that they will help fix it, then no follow-up emails whatsoever. I reached out multiple times throughout the weeks with no replies. I was not sure if becuase we are a "smaller" account we were getting left by the wayside or if anyone else had this experience as well.
