I created a Customer Satisfaction Survey adn would like to be able to set up a follow up email that sends to those who haven’t yet completed the survey 3 days after it was sent.
For the delay, I'd like to have the flexibility to choose frequency by second monday, every 3 months or quarterly - not just # of minutes, hours or days - and also have tiered delays. For instance, first one will send 30 days after a client is first added to the list and then every 90 days after the first one is completed.
