Customer Portal - retrieves contact's email automatically in form

I'm setting up the customer portal feature to manage our customers' requests.
The form to file a new ticket is a good idea but the issue is the user needs to enter an email in order to be able to know which contact/company opened it. It's a bit counter intuitive as the user needs first to log-in to the portal, we should be able to retrieve this information automatically (the "file a new ticket" http request includes the cookie with hubspot membership information), without requesting the user to enter it.
