I would love it if this new Customer Journey report allowed more properties to be pulled in. It would be nice to track the full journey from introduction to customer. When we add leads from a tradeshow I want to be able to follow the flow from the intital email marketing sends to the sales email to any deals that my come.
PROBLEM: Currently, we use "Campaigns" for our marketing emails but I'm not able to pull them into the Customer Journey report so I have to indivdually add each to the report as we attend. I want to be able to add all campaigns along with deals to track if these leads are placing orders. Ideally, I want the full journey.
I would be great to be able to be able to add more properties from different objects so we can pull in what's important to us in this journey.
Agree. There are too many limitations as to what can be utilized in the journey. Different business models have different ways of looking at things. The concept of the journey report is great and very helpful IF it can be built out with relevancy.
Custom properties would be a big help. Like how the filtering works in basically any other report. Why are we unable to do this? The SINGLE property or ONE List is NOT enough to dial in on the cohorts of interests
