No matter how many reports HubSpot has and will be adding, it is impossible to tailor to all customer specific reporting needs. I have found that reporting across multiple objects is not that flexible in HubSpot (at least in the CRM module) specially if you need to create conditions where the value of an object's field has to match the value of another obtject's field. So, why not have some type of workbench interface or Command Line Interface that will allow customers to create their own listings/reports? This could be as simple as an SQL like interface that could even be limited to read only operations. This would certainly solve any reporting needs that may arise until the developers to include (or not) other reporting capabilities.
