Custom property of type URL

We need a custom property of type URL for links to diffrent content. For example.

If I have specific content on my website for a white paper or a market study I would want quick access to that content from my Deal or Company record. also if we are woking off client specs that are held in a VDR (box, sharepoint, sharefiles, dropbox, googledrive) that the customer has profided I want to keep that link at my fingertips when I create the proposal.

Upvoting this.  We use the URL to link into our Sharepoint folders for speedy location and access 🙂

Meantime, we'll use the workaround, it's extra clicks but better than nothing!

Big upvote for this - we want to have clickable URLs properties in Products that take our sales teams to some in-depth documentation on the products and services they are selling, I think our users are quite amazed this isn't possible.

I don’t get how the product team at HubSpot operates, but it feels like a lot of features that weren’t implemented early on in the CRM have been deliberately put on hold. Cmd+Click for selecting multiple contacts doesn’t work, there are no colored labels, no links, and the Esc key doesn’t work. Why are they experimenting with users like this?))

We need to be able to create a new property to capture links through to the same contact profile for other platforms, namely Posthog, so that CSMs can quickly and easily find and review what interactions with our platform a user has had.

URLs are clickable in single-line text fields in the record details, but, unfortunately, not in views. This would be a game changer for some of our usecases!

Gahh come on Hubspot! Other CRMs have URL fields. I need this property for email automation.

While I would very much like to have this field type, single-line text fields with URL values work perfectly fine for email automation. You can insert personalization tokens as URL for a link. Only need to ensure manually that there’s always a valid URL in the property.
