Custom fonts for Chat Inboxes

The default font in Live Chat does not support Unicode well. Please let us choose other fonts.

Similar issue with the Inbox - no control over font setting. Would be a nice feature to have.

This is really important as chatboxes are present throughout the site - it's a simple feature request as well. Please prioritize this.

Very important, and not a hard fix? At the least, fix the chat font size by giving options. The default, non-changeable font is tiny -- makes the entire chat and bot feature unusable for half of people over 50 years old, as well as many visually impaired people. that's a HUGE audience to shut out, as well as a serious accessibility flaw. Come on Hubspot!
