Thank you for calling this out and being such engaged users. We will look into adding the option to change fonts in the live chat communication channel. I will update this post when we have more information.
Very important, and not a hard fix? At the least, fix the chat font size by giving options. The default, non-changeable font is tiny -- makes the entire chat and bot feature unusable for half of people over 50 years old, as well as many visually impaired people. that's a HUGE audience to shut out, as well as a serious accessibility flaw. Come on Hubspot!
