My customer expressed an idea to me that I felt should be posted within the ideas forum!
The idea here is to adjust or limit the amount of surveys that are sent after a survey has been submitted. Once a customer has submitted their survey, my customer would like an option that would allow them to select whether or not additional surveys are sent out.
There are options available for CSAT surveys, however CES surveys do not have an option available to select a custom time range/resurvey setting. I believe that my customer or future customers could benefit from this option in the future!
This would be an example of where this option could be located!
