Custom Survey Rating Scale

I would love to be able to select how big of a scale I want.  Currently when you select rating when creating a custom survey it only allows you to choose 1-10 like it was a NPS rating.  Maybe I want to create a custom CES survey and use a scale of 1-7 or get really funky and use a scale of 1-5.  I would like the freedom to select what rating scale I'd like to run with and I don't have that now.

Yes I would also like this. Also to include ranges like -3,-2.5,-2,-1.5,-1,-0.5,0,1,1.5,2,2.5,3 for example. It can't be that difficult to do?
