I am trying to migrate my current survey platform (which is Survey Monkey) into HubSpot and was glad to see the custom survey option.
However, something that I think would be useful to add is (1), have 5 options and have definitions for what each of the circles/stars on the top row, while the most left column would be different things to rank on.
An example of what I would want to see:
