Custom Feedback Surveys - Rating questions

While testing the Rating questions (i.e. scale 0 to 10), we noticed that it is not possible to add a "N/A" or "I don't know" options. It will be great if this can be added.

 

Also we noticed that, for these questions if a contact select a number by accident, but they actually want to skip the question (because it is not a mandatory one in our example), it is not possible for the contact to unselect the number. 

Again, if the question is not mandatory, then we should offer the possibility for the contact to unselect (if they clicked on a number) and skip it.
