Custom Edits of Filters for Contact, Company and Deals
Who: Any and all roles associated in every industry
What: Each business will have different filters that are Sr. and within each business, each department will have Sr. filters that apply. Allowing the function to change the "Popular" filters to custom filters, will reduce the need to constantly use more filters.
Also allowing the filters to be changed and altered between each department, Sales, Client Success, Finance, Marketing, etc.
Value: Allow each department to onboard new team members with ease and allow existing employees to filter data that is more relevant to the department.
Examples: Currently, no other platform or function within HubSpot has this feature.
