We love Hubspot apart from the program takes the cursor focus away from Outlook when you open a blank new email or try to reply to an email. More often than not the cursor is taken by the Hubspot side panel addin. This means that you see the cursor in the text field and begin to type an email only to find that Hubspot has taken the cursor and nothing gets typed in the email text field. It is extremely annoying. Can Hubspot be made to stop taking the cursor focus when an email is either opened or started?
Getting exact same issue, Hubspot is taking my curser after responing to email and moving over to the Hubspot contacts sidebar, meaning you have to leave the keyboard to click inside the text of the email. Extremly annoying.
Having the same problem. Having a hard enough time getting buy-in with HubSpot and now the user is very annoyed. Every reply to an email the curser disappears and the bcc flashes and disappears. Need a solution.
Yes we are having the same problem. Incredibly annoying that you have to wait for the cursor to jump down the email, then click back at the top to write the email.
Losing time and productivity with this issue.
