Cumulative Goals should be independent of data and x-axis should not autosize
Under Chart Settings, tracking cumulative monthly sales (for example), one can add a monthly goal (yearly goal divided by 12) that will show as a cumulative goal line. However, the goal does not display neither does cumulate for months when there is no data. When there is no data in a month, this month is not displayed in x-axis. As a result the end of year goal displayed is lower than the monthly goal x12. It should be posssible to fix the x-axis scale so it does not autosize, to include months with no data, and the goal line should follow this fixed x-axis.
