Creating a workflow for people that have scheduled meetings
I am looking to create a workflow for people that have scheduled meetings. The workflow ideally will look like this:
Someone fills out the meeting link OR a sales person schedules a meeting with a prospect.
The prospect gets automated, personalized meetings 1 day before the meeting, 8 hours before the meeting, and 30 minutes before, as well as a text.
Right now, there is a feature to send pre-meeting reminders for the contacts that have set up meetings through the meeting link tool in Hubspot. However there are a few problems with this: 1) not all meetings are booked through these meeting links 2) these emails cannot be customized 3) there cannot be more than 1 email, so even if I could customize, it doesn't give me the option to send a second, different email to the prospect
I think this would be an extremely useful tool to reduce no-show rates.
