For some standard issue quote templates, it would save our teams time if we are able to build a quote from a workflow. All of the field properties will be present on the quote template that are auto-populated and the line items selected ahead of time. Once the deal meets a stage in the deal pipeline, the quote will be auto-created and initiate the review process for approval.
In case anyone should see this, please also upvote this idea at https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Using-workflows-to-autocreate-quotes/idi-p/301734 as well -- it's been around a couple years and it has hundreds of votes and we shouldn't dilute it. HS states there that the groundwork for it was layed in 2022, so hopefully more upvotes will get it up in priority.I do think this Ideas system is fundamentally flawed because of the ease with which upvotes can be split and diluted, as here.
