Playbooks are great for initial sales calls and face-to-face meetings, but the follow-up task/to-do feature is very limited and could be much better. Currently the task you create is automatically assigned to yourself and can't be changed from the playbook itself.
We need to create tasks from a playbook and assign them to other HubSpot users to make follow-ups or take certain actions.
To assign a task from a playbook to another user, at the moment, you either need to save the playbook and then manually create a task separately, or create the task from the playbook, which gets assigned to themselves, and then change the assignee of the task (but we tried that and it doesn't send a notification to the re-assigned user, which defeats the object of doing it that way).
Hopefully other users would appreciate this feature because we really need it and it seems like such a simple upgrade.
