Create support form submission notifications

Submitting on behalf of a customer who is also looking for a similar feature.

We set up a contact based workflow right now as the portal did not have access to a ticket workflow.


This is essential for a basic helpdesk service. We need to be notified when someone submits the support form. We have it set up that a new ticket is created upon submission but the only way to be notified about it is to assign it to someone, however this is not good for oversight. The whole team needs to know there is a new ticket there.


I'd like to get get an email notification when someone fills out the support form that looks the same as the marketing forms. Not all our company employees use HubSpot so if i had all the support form information sent to my inbox I could easily forward it on.
