This is essential for a basic helpdesk service. We need to be notified when someone submits the support form. We have it set up that a new ticket is created upon submission but the only way to be notified about it is to assign it to someone, however this is not good for oversight. The whole team needs to know there is a new ticket there.
I'd like to get get an email notification when someone fills out the support form that looks the same as the marketing forms. Not all our company employees use HubSpot so if i had all the support form information sent to my inbox I could easily forward it on.
At the moment, further notification types (e.g. when a form submission is reassigned to another operator to deal with) do not trigger any notifications AT ALL. I'm sure many businesses use forms in a similar way to us. This needs to be implemented!
