I work in sales. We have some line items that are products (e.g. Zortify iHPT Teaming | Report (DE)) and some that are services (e.g. Zortify Consulting (DE)). We offer those line items also as a package to our customers (e.g. Zortify iHPT Teaming | Prozess (DE)" which consists of 1) "Zortify iHPT Teaming | Report (DE)" and 2) "Zortify Consulting (DE)).
For packages sales has to remember every time which line items (service & product) were included in this package.
This is why I am searching for a solution to add different service & product line items as subitems to one package. Subitems because we can display them separately in our sales dashboard after closing the deal.
Your support told me that this is so far no HubSpot functionality.
