Create "Includes" filter for email and phone number in CRM

When filtering queries in CRM, there are very limited search options. It would be ideal to set up views e.g. includes "@lead.com" or includes "2345678"

I created a test contact with the phone number 01 123456, but when filtering contains exactly "12345", this phone number does not yield results.

Yes we would like this too - very odd to not have 'includes' as a filter.  In Salesforce and Zoho you can do this.  Here's hoping HubSpot see this soon
