Create "All Closed Lost" filter for Deals

Hi community and product team! 👋🏼

Use case - To view all deals in "Closed won" or "Closed deal" stages,

Currently, we can see that there is an available option for "All closed won" when filtering for Deals, as shown here:

It would be helpful to create an option for "All closed lost" as well, so that users can easily filter for all the "Closed lost" deals across pipelines.

This would be especially useful for:

  • Portals with multiple pipelines
  • Portals with multiple users
(Context: As a workaround, we could use Saved Views but it can only be edited by the user who created the view. When new pipelines are created, the onus will be on one person to modify the existing filters to include the new Closed Lost stages.)

It would reduce the need for manual updating filters and for human errors. Thanks team!

This would be such a time saver. Instead, users are supposed to scroll through the stages and individually select the "lost" stages.

I agree, or is there a different best practice to see all active deals for a deal owner that is easier than to filter "none of" deal stages: "All closed won" and potentially "all closed lost"

Yes!!

This would be really helpful for reporting purposes as well. There's currently no way to see a total % of closed lost deals versus all created deals in a year without exporting it to excel.

Our revenue operations team does a lot of auditing and reporting. Having an "All Closed Lost" filter feature would be super useful for those purposes.

Agreed - this would be so helpful. We have multiple pipelines, and we use the "All closed won" filter all the time, but I also often want to EXCLUDE closed lost deals from a view/report. If there was a pre-built "All closed lost" filter, it would make it so much cleaner and more efficient.

It is really important when you are dealing with multiple pipelines. Since 2021 this idea. No updates about that?
