Create permission level for Running workflows without Edit

Hello,

I have users that I want to be able to kick of workflows without having the ability to edit them. Currently there is view (which doesn't let you run them) and edit which is both run and edit.

Ideally it would be great if we can also restrict users to run certain workflows instead of everything as well.
