Create new contact when creating tickets

It should be possible to create a new contact, if the one you need for a ticket does not exist.

 

It should work in a similar way to adding a contact to an existing ticket, where you get the option of creating a contact if the one you are searching for does not exist.

This is a great idea - it saves duplication of information and having to do extra steps after the ticket is created.
