Agents want to reduce the amount of clicks and admin when working around tasks.
They like that they can create a follow-up task by clicking the tick-box when adding a note or other activity.
When you save an activity with follow-up ticked, the task is created without any details of the activity it was created around.
Idea
Give agents the option to add more data than just the due date, when creating a follow-up task behind an activity.
Give agents the option to populate task information with activity data, such as the note body going into the task note body.
Add more metadata into activities that can be used in workflows, filters etc. Allowing agents to filter their pipelines and views by records with particular tasks and activities.
This would be incredibly helpful. Just adding the feature to assign the task to someone other than yourself and editing the note body would be a huge timesaver.
The notes doesn't help the agent when they need to investigate and search for the specific note (it's not even sure they're creating a follow-up task on a task that the own anyway). It would be helpful that the Notes are very clear about what the follow-task is about 🙂
