It would be beneficial to have a filter in the task view to pull up companies / contacts that do not have an open task associated to their record. This provides more insight in a larger database.
I'm new to Hubspot and am shocked that it's impossible to filter Deals without an active task assigned to them. Was using Insightly previously and this view of my deals was one of my go-to sales management reports.
On this topic. "Future tasks" for "My Companies" as filter, as well as understanding if there are claimed companies that does not have a future task in the same view.
+1 for Deals also. Much needed for our reports to identify Deals with Tasks, and even would be better while filtering according to properties on the Task.
That said, the suggested workaround as discussed in this post is to use the "next activity date" property. Important to acknowledge that this property considers both tasks and meetings. If next activity date = unknown, there is no future dated task or meeting associated with the deal. If next activity date = known, there is either a future dated task or meeting scheduled. Personally, I'm less concerned with missed meetings / tasks so this works. In our instance, meetings scheduled should live to a single deal stage. If a deal I did not intend to capture in the view is included, it will serve as a good red flag for the salesperson to correct.
