I would love to be able to use a leads inbox in conversations, or a facebook messenger chat conversation to create a deal directly from the conversations inbox. This functionality would allow inbox leads to be created automatically without needing to be manually created. many businesses have external parties who don't have access to the CRM (freelancers, brokers, agents etc) who want to email deal information to an inbox without needing the CRM team internally to read and manually process that deal.
