Create automation buttons for contacts, companies or deals
While i know it's possible to select contacts, comapnies and deals and 'enrol in workflow' for the average user, it can feel overcomplicated and quite scary.
It would be great if we could create and label workflow buttons that can sit at the top of a record that can be triggered with just one click (think shortcuts for iOS - but for workflows)
A few use-cases i can think of:
- creating a deal for a contact directly after an event (ensuring all the correct tagging is in place to attribute to that event), by clicking EVENT NAME - create deal
- Flagging a contact for review and assigning a task for the owner by clicking FLAG FOR REVIEW
It'll allow complex automations to be kicked off in a much more accessible manner, rather than it feeling very technical and off-limits to an average user
