Create active list with filter "Containing exactly"

Hi there,

I'm trying to do an active list with all job titles containing exactly the word "AI", like for instance :

- Head of AI
- AI Director

The issue is when I make an active list, I can only select "Contains any of AI" which is going to list all contacts with job titles containing "AI", but with job titles like :

- Marketing Campaign Director

- Main Product Director

=> which is not at all what I'm looking for.

However, I am able to use the right filtering in Views. In there, I can filter with "Job title contains exactly: AI", which is listing all the contacts with the job titles I am looking for.

It would be great to have consistent behavior and have the same filter in Lists.

I am dealing with the exact same issue when looking for job titles that contain "IT". Would love a contains exactly option.
