Create a personalization field for "Contact: First Name OR there"
We reach out to websites that round-robin engagement within a specific team (like their partnerships and/or affiliates team) and we need to be able to automate our engagement with them without duplicating each template and sequence that has the personalization field of "Contact:First Name." Please create an option for "Contact: First Name OR there"
If that's not possible, it'd be great if we could configure our settings to enroll contacts in sequences even if it means a field may be blank (for example, I created our templates so that it shows "Hi (Contact: First Name" with no comma keeping contacts with no names in mind, however, those contacts are blocked from receiving sequences with a blank field. Either work-around (ideally the first one) would be great.
