Create a new ticket from reply in an existing email thread

Posting on behalf of a customer's use case: 

 

They would like to create a new ticket from an reply email from customer. The reason being that they manage their orders with "Order" pipeline and can get separate orders to same email thread. Then if every email would create new order (ticket), it would help them to track and manage orders in production.

It is a common case when the clients reach out to us in the same email thread but with a different issue. In this case, we can't have the correct analytics (the issue with the close-create date/ real number of queries to us) and then it is difficult to search and differentiate such tickets by the query problem. 
It is really frustrating and takes additional effort and time.

Same here. We usually create a new ticket and use the 'Log Email' feature and then start a new thread but this is extremely cumbersome and tiring. It would be great to be able to create a new ticket from a single reply, without the thread attached, to start a new thread with.
