Create a lead from the ticket (ticket to lead association)
It would be extrenely helpful if the tiket to lead association were enabled. I have several clients where leads can mistakenly come into a shared inbox that's connected to the Help Desk. At present, the support team can only create contacts, companies, deals, or additional tickets.
We can solve the automatic creation of a lead via contact workflow (ie. contact is associated to ticket with these criteria), however this workaround doesn't allow us to pull in data from the ticket itself because the association is not available, and this means the sales team has no way of seeing the original enquiry/thread.
We have the same requirement. We have leads that require pre-sales team support to progress, and our pre-sales team manages their work using the ticket pipeline. Currently, it is not possible to create a ticket directly from a lead, which creates an operational gap between lead management and pre-sales support.
