Would love to offer my customers the ability to chat with me from my emails if I'm online and available to chat.
@staci1074 would you mind elaborating on how you see this ideally being implemented?
Since emails are a static thing, we would not have any way to dynamically update the signature to reflect when you are online. Have you thought about linking to a page with Messages enabled where you could chat with the email recipients when you're online?

I would love to see this feature, too! It would simplify the process for using chat ("click on the chat button in my signature" vs. "got to our site to the bottom right corner") and would provide one more way for a prospect to get in touch with me.
