A client of ours is in need of freezing her payments with us for a period of time. So instead of cancelling out the subscription, it would be nice if there was a freeze option where the money will not draft out of her account for a certain amount of time and we could un-freeze it when she is ready to start making payments again.

This is critical for large-scale subscription-based products. We have publicly traded companies dying to use payments but cannot until this option is available.

I upvote this option. Please allow a freeze/pause subsciption option. With the times being tough for individual business owners, this option is a MUST within the US economic hardship.

We were trying to pause as well. This was a large investment for our pilot project, which has now been put on hold for 6 months. It really is too bad because we were going to switch our entire college crm to Hubspot. This was just a small projetc to test out the platform and customer experience. When a large company does not have this kind of service, what other customer services do they not offer.
