The "Create a Follow Up Task" check box might be my favorite feature in Hubspot. However, I would like it to be even better. It would be great if we could change the default times on the current menu for the "Create a Follow Up Task". Yes, I know I can go in and choose "custom date". It would be great if I preset the first 5 options to the future times of my desire!
I would suggest, that, if there is a default time for a task, it should be at 9:30 or at least 9:00, because usually nobody plans a customer call at 8:00. It would help very much to have this value changed for the most of the tasks.
@Verena - I have found a great deal of success pre-9am in my sales life. Emails sent to people on mass transit commutes, calls to C-suite execs that ring straight through because the admin or assistant isn't in yet, etc.
However, if we get to set our own defaults, problem solved for everyone!
Create a Follow Up Task default settings are needed! The checkbox should be ticked always, this should not be done manually - as it can be forgotten. thanks for looking into this!
To be able to edit these defaults would be great. For some of my clients its a 45 day follow up, some its 60 days, it depends on the situation. For the options to be 30 days then 90 days is a huge difference.
